Salesforce Platform / Apex Developer (3–5+ Years)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Platform / Apex Developer to join our growing team. You will work on complex, highly integrated Salesforce environments and build clean, scalable solutions aligned with best practices — not workarounds.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Design, customize, and develop tailor-made Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Develop and optimize Apex code, including:
- Apex Classes, Triggers
- Batch, Queueable, and Schedulable jobs
- Asynchronous processing with a strong focus on bulkification, governor limits, and performance
- Build and maintain Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and Flows
- Optimize queries using SOQL / SOSL performance best practices
- Develop and manage Unlocked Packages (2GP)
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using:
- Git feature branching (GitFlow or trunk-based)
- SFDX
- GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using:
- REST & SOAP APIs
- Platform Events
- Change Data Capture (CDC)
- Event-driven architectures
- Troubleshoot and maintain production systems:
- Error handling, retries, API limits
- Performance tuning and monitoring
- Work with high transaction volumes, complex data models, and actively reduce technical debt
- Debug issues in highly integrated environments
- Ensure clean, maintainable implementations instead of temporary workarounds
- Create and maintain technical documentation for code and processes
- Collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, designers, and stakeholders
- Work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Contribute actively in an Agile development environment
🧠Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (additional certifications are a plus)
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning, Flows, SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with VS Code, SFDX, Git
- Familiarity with GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps
- Experience with monitoring, logging tools, and Jira
- Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and requirements

- Experience with energy industry processes and integration patterns
- Experience in event-based architectures
- Exposure to large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations
