We are looking for a Associate Tech Lead or Senior Software engineer with solid experience in .NET Core on the backend and Next.js on the frontend. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to mentor a growing engineering team. This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining high-quality applications while ensuring best practices, scalability, and clean code.
Required
- 4+ years of experience with .NET Core for backend development.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases (SQL Server preferred).
- 2+ years of experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, deployment automation).
- Familiarity with AI-related technologies.
