Role Description
We are looking for a Project-Based UI Designer to collaborate with our team on upcoming design projects. This is an on-site, project-based role in Colombo, ideal for designers who enjoy working on clearly defined deliverables within set timelines.
The UI Designer will be responsible for designing visually engaging user interfaces, creating mockups and design systems, and translating ideas into intuitive digital experiences. You will work closely with developers and project stakeholders to ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with project goals.
Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and visually appealing user interfaces
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with developers and project teams to ensure smooth design handover
- Maintain visual consistency across screens and components
- Refine designs based on feedback and project requirements
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Visual Design and User Interface Design
- Experience creating high-quality mockups and prototypes
- Good understanding of User Experience (UX) principles
- Basic knowledge of Front-End Development concepts
- Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe PS, Sketch, or similar
