Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding documents, and joining formalities.
- Help in creating reports and analytics related to recruitment metrics.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition, particularly in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Familiarity with HR software or MS Office tools is a plus.
