Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding documents, and joining formalities.
  • Help in creating reports and analytics related to recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract talent.


Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition, particularly in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software or MS Office tools is a plus.
