Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic QE Intern to join our Quality Engineering team. As a QE Intern, you will focus on both manual and test automation, contributing to the quality assurance of our software applications. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and dedicated to ensuring high-quality product delivery. You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge testing methodologies and tools, working closely with experienced engineers in a supportive learning environment to enhance your technical and problem-solving skills in quality engineering.
Responsibilities
To achieve this, we expect you to,
Assist in understanding business and technical requirements and help translate them into testable scenarios for functional, and non functional testing.
Perform manual testing and support basic automated testing to ensure product quality.
Analyze software systems to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues, and document them clearly using issue-tracking tools.
Communicate effectively and collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members throughout the development process.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies
Basic programming or scripting skills would be beneficial.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with API testing and automation tools will be an added advantage.
