Role Overview
We’re seeking motivated, self-driven individuals with a strong eye for design and user experience. You’ll work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to design intuitive user interfaces, engaging visuals, and impactful brand assets.
This role is ideal for someone who learns fast, is comfortable with self-study, adapts quickly, and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes
- Design high-quality graphic assets for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Contribute to branding and visual identity development
- Work with the marketing team to create visually engaging posts and campaign creatives
- Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms and products

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Understanding of how AI tools can enhance design productivity and workflows
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Ability to accept feedback and iterate on designs quickly
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, IT, Multimedia, or related field, or Self-taught designers with strong portfolios are highly encouraged.
Other Details
- Location: Colombo (Work remotely until office migration is completed)
- Duration: 6-Month Paid Internship
- Learning Phase: Intern will work on shadow tasks until they gain the required knowledge to handle active projects. This phase ensures skills are refined before taking on full responsibilities. (This phase may be skipped if the candidate completes the interview task creatively or presents a strong, relevant portfolio demonstrating the required skills)
- Allowance: LKR 20,000 – LKR 30,000 per month (Allowance begins after the learning phase is completed)
