What You’ll Be Driving
- Lead and inspire a team of engineers — technically and culturally
- Design and build high-performance, secure fintech applications
- Make key architectural decisions and shape long-term technical direction
- Review, refine, and elevate code quality across the team
- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to turn complex ideas into powerful software
- Take ownership — from design to deployment to continuous improvement
What Kind of Engineer Thrives Here
- 5+ years of strong, hands-on experience with .NET
- Solid experience with Next.js / modern frontend stacks
- You care about clean architecture, scalability, and maintainability
- You enjoy mentoring others and raising the bar for the whole team
- FinTech/payments / financial systems experience is a strong plus
- You’re proactive, opinionated (in a good way), and not afraid of responsibility
