Technical Lead – AI/ML

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions during client engagements and drive solution requirement finalisation.
• Architect, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML, GenAI, and Computer Vision solutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of the agreed scope.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in:

– AI/ML engineering across supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning projects

– AWS services, specifically the AI/ML stack, including SageMaker

– Python for data engineering and AI pipeline development

– LLM-based solutions, including RAG, prompt engineering, and model integration

– Computer Vision (CNNs, image classification, object detection, segmentation, video analytics) using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, YOLO or Detectron

Proven experience in building and deploying Generative AI solutions using:

– OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, etc.

Working knowledge of:

– Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)

– AI pipeline frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack

– Node.js for backend services and React for frontend application integrations
