Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, coding, and debugging software for semiconductor equipment under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support the development and execution of test plans, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure software quality.
- Participate in debugging and troubleshooting software issues with guidance from mentors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including automation and electrical engineers, to understand project requirements.
- Assist in documenting software development processes, including design specifications and test results.
- Research and propose improvements to existing software and processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Provide support in diagnosing software issues and assisting internal teams as needed.
- Contribute to continuous software improvement by following up on bug fixes and updates.
- Perform other tasks and assignments as instructed by supervisors.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in programming basics and OOP concepts.
- Some knowledge of software development best practices and version control.
- Understanding of front-end and back-end development concepts.
- Familiarity with C++, C#, and .NET (Basic knowledge).
- Some experience with RTOS and embedded systems concepts.
- Exposure to software development methodologies and best coding practices.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
