We are seeking an Odoo ERP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and launch a career in ERP consulting, with a focus on financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Implementation Support: Assist senior consultants in implementing ERP solutions, with a focus on financial modules, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and identify ERP customization needs.
- System Configuration: Configure ERP modules to align with clients’ financial workflows, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform system testing to ensure functionality and resolve issues identified during the implementation process.
- User Training: Support the preparation and delivery of user training sessions to help clients adopt ERP financial tools effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of processes, configurations, and user manuals for financial modules.
- Client Support: Provide first-level support to clients post-implementation, addressing queries related to finance modules.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in ERP: A strong desire to build a career in ERP implementation and financial systems consulting.
- Basic Knowledge of Finance: Understanding of financial principles, processes, and accounting standards.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to work effectively with clients and team members.
