We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions. This role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations, providing a solid foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support in day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment and interview coordination.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions across the organization.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement programs and events.
- Deliver administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in employee experience and organizational development.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
