About the role:
We are looking to hire an experienced mixed full-stack AI engineer focused on automation and integrations. You will work across frontend, backend, and workflow automation, building and maintaining systems used in production environments.
Important: If you don't have full stack knowledge, you can still apply, although the job offer will be different.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain full-stack features across web and automation systems.
- Build and maintain AI chat agents in n8n with diverse tools and integrated systems.
- Develop and optimize workflows in n8n.
- Connect workflows to dashboards and internal tools for clients.
- Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks quickly and reliably
- Maintain and deploy services with Docker in production environments
- Work with databases like PostgreSQL or similar.
- Work with LLMs and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to build AI agents and tools.
- Debug issues across the stack: frontend, backend, n8n workflows, webhooks, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with team members to ship fast and effective solutions.
Technical requirements and recommendations:
Required:
- Strong English communication, especially spoken English for daily calls and coordination, plus solid written English for documentation and async collaboration.
- Solid JavaScript or TypeScript skills.
- Solid skills using vibecoding IDE’s like Cursor.
- React, Next.js or a similar modern frontend framework.
- Node.js backend experience (REST APIs, webhooks, async jobs).
- Automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, with a strong preference for n8n.
- Strong API integration skills (authentication, pagination, rate limits, retries).
- Docker/Portainer fundamentals for local development and production deployment.
- PostgreSQL or equivalent relational database experience.
- Git and GitHub workflow.
- Comfortable working in Linux based environments and CLI.
Recommended:
- Experience with CRM APIs such as GoHighLevel, Hubspot or similar.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp.
- Experience with ClickUp API.
- Experience with AI voice tools such as Retell, Vapi or Voiceflow.
- Experience with LLMs in production: prompt design, function calling, RAG, vector databases (PostgreSQL pgvector) inside n8n.
- Experience with Redis queues inside n8n.
- Basic understanding of monitoring and error tracking.
Conditions:
- $1400 USD per month.
- Flexible promotions and project based bonuses.
- Two weeks PTO (paid time off) per year.
- This role is not compatible with other jobs, projects or ventures. We require full commitment.
- One week trial with non-production example projects before full acceptance.
- Transparency: For strong candidates missing some parts of the stack, we may offer a 2-3 month ramp up period at 50 percent salary while you train and complete real world tasks.
- Long term contract position. No fixed end date. Contract continues indefinitely.
