Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in the apparel industry. The ideal candidate will support business operations through data analysis, process improvement, and reporting, while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Support planning, budgeting, and performance analysis activities.
- Work closely with merchandising, production, supply chain, and finance teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Monitor KPIs related to apparel production, sales, and inventory.
- Assist in forecasting, cost analysis, and margin analysis.
- Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.
- Support system enhancements and data accuracy initiatives.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from a recognized state university.
- 1–2 years of work experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
