Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure smooth releases.
- Perform regression, functional, and performance testing as needed.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- 02–04 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Proven expertise in both manual testing (UI, exploratory, regression).
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
