Candidate Profile
§ 1-2 years of hands on experience in IT support or a related field
§ Diploma or higher qualification in information Technology
§ Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and CCTV operations
§ Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office suit, and common IT tools
§ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
§ Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment
§ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
