We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Intern to support and manage the organization's IT infrastructure and related systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency across hardware, software, and network environments while providing timely support to internal teams.
Key Responsibility
· Email management and monitoring
· Handling internal internet issues
· Server, NAS, and firewall configuration
· SSL and domain monitoring and renewal
· Client email and Outlook setup (including SMTP configuration)
· Managing and monitoring monthly subscriptions (Figma, Creative Cloud, etc.) and account
administration
· CRM and QuickBooks server support and maintenance
· Machine setup and software management (e.g., Screaming Frog)
· Hardware support (e.g., machine repairs)
Qualifications and Skills
· Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
· Proven experience in a similar IT support or system administration role
· Strong knowledge of email systems, networks, firewalls, and Windows environments
· Familiarity with software tools like Outlook, Figma, Adobe CC, CRM systems, and accounting software
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
· Excellent communication and documentation abilities
