As a Web Designer, you will be part of the Web Development Department supporting the creative and technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Translate Figma mockups into fully functional websites within a Joomla! CMS environment.
- Ensure website designs are responsive and visually consistent across all devices.
- Implement visual components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring mockups to life.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, back-end developers, and marketing teams to align on project goals and brand standards.
- Conduct testing, optimize website performance, and troubleshoot bugs to ensure a seamless user experience.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in web design and development, particularly with Joomla CMS.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end implementation.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
