Job Role
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an ISO27001:2022-certified environment, supporting real-world IT operations, cybersecurity practices, compliance activities, and day-to-day technical support.
You will work onsite with experienced Technology Operations professionals in a collaborative environment where learning, quality, and continuous improvement are valued.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the Technology Operations team with:
- Assisting with daily IT support tickets and end-user support activities.
- Supporting IT asset inventory, device tracking, software audits, and documentation updates.
- Assisting with ISO27001-related routine tasks, evidence collection, compliance checks, and audit preparation.
- Supporting device deployment quality checks and basic operational follow-ups.
- Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for IT support, repairs, quotations, and related activities.
- Maintaining proper ticket updates, checklists, logs, and technical records.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field.
- Willingness to work in an ISO27001:2022-certified environment and follow established security and compliance procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Friendly attitude with good interpersonal and PR skills.
- High level of commitment, confidentiality, and willingness to learn.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Basic understanding of inventory or asset management systems.
