Giga Foods is one of Sri Lanka’s fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) networks, operating dynamic brands including Full’r Burgers, Indian Affair, and Solo Bowl. As we continue expanding our operations and technology infrastructure, we are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our IT team as a Junior Executive – IT.

Key Responsibilities
▪ Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize computer systems, networks, and enterprise software applications to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
▪ Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral-related issues efficiently
▪ Support the installation, configuration, upgrading, and maintenance of IT systems and business applications
▪ Monitor system performance and identify technical issues or bottlenecks proactively
▪ Assist in managing IT assets, hardware allocations, software licenses, and inventory records
▪ Coordinate network setup and routine maintenance activities while ensuring standard security practices are followed
▪ Support user access management, system security, backup verification, and disaster recovery processes
▪ Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and system configuration records
▪ Assist the IT team with infrastructure improvements, technical projects, and system migrations
Candidate Profile
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
▪ 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration roles preferred
▪ Strong internship or trainee experience will also be considered
▪ Knowledge of Windows environments, networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN), and troubleshooting methodologies
▪ Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT security practices will be an added advantage
▪ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
▪ Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
▪ A positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies
