What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the friendly face customers can rely on for support and guidance.
- Help customers get started with our products and make their experience smooth and enjoyable.
- Assist with customer questions, follow-ups, and day-to-day support tasks.
- Join product demos, onboarding sessions, and customer meetings.
- Work closely with teams like Sales, Product, and Operations to solve customer issues.
- Help create simple guides, FAQs, and helpful content for customers.
- Learn how customer success teams improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Share ideas to make the customer experience even better.
- Assist in preparing client proposals
What We’re Looking For:
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate who’s excited to start a career in tech.
- Someone who enjoys talking to people and solving problems.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
- Interest in Customer Success, tech products, startups, or digital platforms.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools.
- Bonus points if you’re familiar with SaaS products, apps, or eCommerce platforms.
