Job Role:


  • Monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing processes to assess efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct troubleshooting of equipment and system failures, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to enhance the longevity and efficiency of machinery.
  • Supervise & drive the engineering team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
  • Engage in research and development activities to enhance production line efficiency, machinery performance & lean practices.
  • Any other tasks or projects as requested by the Management.


Candidate Requirements:


  • Passionate about Sri Lanka; you're committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing/production/food processing environment OR
  • 5 year's relevant experience along with a higher national diploma.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Good IT literacy skills (MS Office package & Microsoft 365 applications).
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial machinery, preventive maintenance & being able to troubleshoot defects in electrical & mechanical equipment.
  • Should be able to work from our factory in Banduragoda (Mirigama).
