Job Description


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of

experience to manage and enhance Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will work

closely with international stakeholders, translate business needs into effective solutions,

and support ongoing system improvements in an Agile environment.


Key responsibilities


  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements
  • Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation (Flows/Process Builder)
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Manage data operations including data imports, updates, and data quality assurance
  • Ensure system performance, usability, and data integrity across the platform
  • Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Provide user support, training, and maintain relevant documentation when required


Core Competencies Required

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Mandatory: Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configurations, and limitations
  • Proven experience in Salesforce customization and automation
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective system solutions
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Excellent communication skills with experience handling international clients/stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, or integrations is a plus
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA or similar is preferred
  • Exposure to Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, or Pardot is beneficial
  • Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
