Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Cyber Security Analyst located in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for protecting the organization’s digital assets by analyzing threats, ensuring application and network security, and mitigating risks. Day-to-day tasks include conducting malware analysis, resolving vulnerabilities, implementing robust cybersecurity measures, monitoring networks for suspicious activity, and collaborating with the IT team to uphold best practices in security.
- Expertise in Application Security and Cybersecurity methodologies
- Proficiency in Malware Analysis and Network Security protocols
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify, evaluate, and manage threats
- Knowledge of security tools, frameworks, and best practices in information security
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+) are an advantage
