We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise security solutions using platforms such as Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo Alto. The role involves securing network infrastructure, troubleshooting security incidents, conducting security assessments, and collaborating with network teams to ensure effective and reliable security operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of network security, routing and switching technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize cybersecurity solutions using Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo Alto platforms.
- Understand and analyze the existing network environment and adapt solutions accordingly to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, incident handling, and root cause analysis for security infrastructure.
- Create and maintain low-level design (LLD) documentation for security and network projects.
- Conduct periodic security posture assessments, configuration audits, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end solution integration.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or network security roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with cybersecurity, Information Security, Network Security.
- Good understanding of fundamental networking technologies, including:
- Layer 3 routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, RIP
- VLANs, routing, switching, NAT, HA architectures
- IP addressing, subnetting, and network segmentation
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, enterprise security architecture, and frameworks.
