Junior HR Executive (Remote)

At Chandler Holdings, HR plays a key role in how we grow. We’re looking for someone who can support both recruitment and day-to-day HR operations in a fully remote setup, working closely with our Sri Lankan team and Melbourne office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment (scheduling, candidate communication, follow-ups)
- Screening CVs and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Handling HR administrative tasks (contracts, letters, employee records, HR system updates)
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Responding to employee queries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating with internal teams across time zones
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements to HR processes
- Support HR initiatives and system improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively
- Confidence in handling professional communication with candidates and internal teams
- Foundational understanding of HR processes (recruitment, administration, HR operations)
- 6 months - 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
Nice to haves:
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with HR systems (Ex: Zoho HR tools, HR Partner, Clickup)
- Experience supporting international teams
Additional Details:
- Fully remote role
- Work with an international team (Sri Lanka & Melbourne)
- Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Sri Lanka time)
- Salary: LKR 60,000 - 100,000 (based on experience)
