Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Cipher Labz’s software and technology solutions. The role involves meeting potential clients, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and collaborating closely with internal technical teams to ensure successful project acquisition and delivery.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to identify new market opportunities and generate leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of IT solutions, ERP systems, or software services (preferred)
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Colombo
- Prior experience in software, IT solutions, or technology sales is an advantage
