- Expertise in Software Quality and Software Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in Manual Testing
- Basic understanding of Software Development processes and workflows
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify issues
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of FinTech or experience in related industries is a plus
