Responsibilities

  • Learn how to publish and update website content using enterprise- level content management systems (CMS), guided step by step by experienced members of the digital marketing team.
  • Gain hands- on experience in email marketing by learning how to set up templates, schedule sends, and conduct testing using professional marketing automation platforms.
  • Assist in social media and digital campaign activities by learning how to conduct research, draft basic content, and help coordinate campaign tasks.
  • Learn how to collect and organize campaign performance data and support the preparation of simple reports with guidance.
  • Work with creative teams to understand how visual assets are produced and organized, while helping maintain creative libraries for ongoing campaigns.
  • Take part in brainstorming discussions to contribute fresh ideas and learn how creative and strategic thinking is applied in digital marketing.
  • Support the team in maintaining digital assets, documentation, and marketing calendars while learning best practice processes and workflows.
  • Get exposure to enterprise grade MarTech tools and platforms used across the organisation, with training and supervision provided throughout.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in marketing, IT, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to explore digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow guidelines, review work carefully, and maintain accuracy in tasks such as content updates and reporting.
  • Works effectively with others, contributes positively to group tasks, and open to feedback and guidance.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and operate in a dynamic project environment.
  • Brings fresh ideas, perspectives, and approaches to content, campaigns, and problem- solving.
  • Comfortable adjusting to changing priorities, new tools, or unfamiliar tasks as part of the learning experience.
  • Responsible, professional and positive in approach a positive work ethic suitable for a professional setting.
