Olee AI builds AI-powered business software that helps teams work faster and smarter across areas like customer support, CRM, operations, and automation. We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is excited to learn, work closely with product and engineering, and help turn business needs into clear product requirements. The role is open to suitable candidates, with preference given to female applicants.
What you'll do
- •Meet with stakeholders to understand business problems and goals
- •Gather requirements and write user stories and acceptance criteria
- •Map workflows (current and future) and suggest improvements
- •Support product planning with feature specs, task breakdowns, and release notes
- •Help validate solutions with basic QA support, test cases, and UAT coordination
- •Create clear documentation and simple presentations for updates
What we're looking for
- •Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, IT, Engineering, Management, or related field
- •Strong communication skills in writing and speaking
- •Good logical thinking and attention to detail
- •Comfortable with documents and spreadsheets
- •Able to work with deadlines and collaborate with a technical team
