Hiring: Full Stack Developer
Full Stack (.NET & React) | 4+ Years Experience
📍 Location: Colombo
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate joiners or ≤ 2.5 weeks preferred
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer ( SSE/ ATL ) with strong full-stack expertise in .NET & React to design and deliver scalable, production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and develop scalable, event-driven, microservices-based applications using .NET & React.
- Workflow Engineering: Build reliable, stateful, long-running, and resumable processes in distributed production environments.
- Client Collaboration: Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Cloud & Integration: Deploy and manage applications on Azure/AWS using Docker & Kubernetes; integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and LLM/AI systems.
- Technical Leadership (ATL Level): Lead engineers, drive architectural decisions, manage priorities, and ensure engineering excellence.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience across the full SDLC
- Strong expertise in .NET (Core/ASP.NET) & React
- Experience building & consuming REST APIs
- Solid understanding of microservices & event-driven architecture
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming & fault-tolerant design
- Excellent communication skills (client-facing exposure preferred)
🔹 Good to Have
- Experience with Temporal / Apache Airflow / AWS Step Functions
- Microsoft Graph API integration
- Experience integrating LLMs/AI/ML models in production
- Strong observability practices (logging, monitoring, tracing)
