We are seeking a hands-on and experienced DevOps Engineer / Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our DevOps capabilities and drive automation, reliability, and scalability across our platforms. This is a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical infrastructure where CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native practices are essential. You will play a key role in building resilient deployment pipelines, optimizing infrastructure, and enabling high-performing development teams.

- Experience with Octopus Deploy.
- Exposure to Podman (Docker experience transferable).
- General development experience in .NET and Python.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and infrastructure security.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions & Workflows.
- Build, manage, and optimize containerized environments using Docker / Podman and Docker Compose.
- Deploy, manage, and scale applications on Kubernetes clusters.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Drive GitOps practices to improve deployment reliability and traceability.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Linux-based environments, ensuring security and performance.
- Automate tasks and workflows using Bash and PowerShell scripts.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to optimize build, release, and monitoring processes.
- Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and proactively propose improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
