Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Data / AI Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building modern data platforms, RAG-based AI systems, and intelligent agents that help automate business processes and generate insights.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across data engineering, machine learning, and AI application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines (batch and real-time)
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows
- Develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents for automation and decision support
- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and APIs into production systems
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance of pipelines
- Monitor, debug, and optimize data/AI workflows
- Collaborate with backend, product, and business teams
- Document architectures, workflows, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ year experience in a Data Engineer, AI Engineer, or Machine Learning role
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT tools, or streaming systems
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and containerization
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD
- Understanding of MLOps concepts
