Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer with strong exposure to Azure Data Factory and excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Azure Data Factory with an in-depth understanding of software development lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Good experience in Azure Data Factory, Java, SQL is mandatory.
- Good experience with Power shell scripting and python scripting.
- Experience with ETL tools, Informatica Power Center preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise scheduling solutions, CA Workload Automation preferred.
- Must have strong technical consulting skills, analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems.
- Must be resourceful, self-starter, maintain skill set, aptitude to evaluate / become proficient in new technologies.
- Must have excellent Verbal skills and be able to communicate and work with multiple teams across the application system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to coordinate and facilitate technical meetings with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
- Must be flexible, good listener with attention to detail and have ability to do multi-task.
- Must be open to possible off-hour on-call support in high paced environment.
- Preferred - background in Insurance and Financial Services.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Azure Data Factory
- Strong experience with working Agile Environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
