Job Description
Taurgo is seeking a motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of industry experience and strong expertise in full-stack web development. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications, integrating APIs, and ensuring seamless system functionality. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain back-end and build responsive front-end interfaces using Vue.js
- Integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
- Collaborate with the team using Jira for task management and agile development
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance
- Contribute to architectural discussions and provide input on system improvements
- Participate in code reviews and support deployment processes
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in software engineering or related roles
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
- Hands-on experience with Vue.js, Express.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Solid programming skills with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Familiarity with API integration, RESTful services, and database operations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus
- Experience with scalable architecture, performance optimization, or modern software development best practices is an advantage
