About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts. This role blends execution with creativity — ensuring content is posted, communities are engaged, and new ideas are constantly flowing. You’ll also support on shoots, making sure content production runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned brands (4 in total).
  • Share updates, manage approvals, and ensure client expectations are met.

Content Posting & Scheduling

Brainstorming & Content Ideation

  • Participate in weekly content idea sessions.
  • Bring fresh, platform-specific ideas for short-form video, graphics, and captions.

Shoot Assistance

  • Support the creative team in 4 shoots per month (approx. 1 per week).
  • Help with logistics, coordination, and on-site execution.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track basic engagement/response trends to share with the team.
  • Provide quick feedback from community interactions to improve strategy.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years’ experience in social media management (agency or brand-side preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube posting tools.
  • Good communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil is a plus).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Comfort in assisting with shoots (basic coordination and support, not camera operation).
