What we are looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years’ Experience in creating UX designs for web, and mobile
- Strong visual design sense to develop intuitive, hierarchical UX
- Excellent understanding of UX best practices
- Solid understanding of UI design best practices
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics with great time management skills
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to define user requirements
- Excellent communication skills and being able to articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions clearly
- Experience presenting to stakeholders, and identifying underlying issues/gaps through discussions with stakeholders
- Comfort facing ambiguity with a flexible, data-driven, and creative problem-solving mindset
- An available online portfolio of work (Dribbble/ Behance)
- Experience in working with Adobe XD, Figma and other related applications
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate high quality design practices. This includes participation in all aspects of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design.
- Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks, working on a framework for judging the success or failure of the product, prioritising feature development and structuring product failures.
- Empower and collaborate with other designers in the team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within a growing team.
- Ensure that the projects are delivered on a timely manner.
- Highly communicative and responsive both within the team and to stakeholders across the company while managing a large volume of ongoing projects.
