Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web and/or mobile applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers
- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for software development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and product management
- Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues in existing applications
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar)
- Familiarity with front-end or back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django, .NET)
- Understanding of basic software development lifecycle and version control (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
