About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer to help design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, and reliability practices across environments.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cloud-native, Kubernetes-first environments, enjoys ownership, and can work independently across teams.
What We're Looking For
◦ 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Platform, or SRE roles
◦ Expert-level experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
◦ Strong hands-on experience with:
- GitHub, GitHub Actions
- Eks
- Jenkins
- Linux Server Administration
- Cloud Security
- Prometheus, Grafana
- Log management tools (Loki / ELK / Cloud-native logging)
◦ Deep, production-grade experience with AWS infrastructure
◦ Strong understanding of software architecture, reliability, availability, and performance engineering
◦ Comfortable working independently, onboarding quickly, and driving solutions with minimal supervision
◦ Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Job Responsibilities
◦ Design and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
◦ Build, optimize, and secure Kubernetes clusters (EKS or equivalent)
◦ Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment deployments
◦ Implement GitOps workflows
◦ Provision and manage AWS core services:
- VPC, IAM, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, ElastiCache
◦ Design secure networking architectures:
- Load balancers, VPCs, subnets, routing, NAT gateways, VPNs
◦ Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability
◦ Automate operational tasks using Python, Go, Node.js, or Bash
◦ Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and incident troubleshooting
◦ Drive cost optimization and performance improvements
