We’re building an AI-powered coaching management platform used by professional coaching businesses and enterprises.
This is not a research role. This is a hands-on, product-driven engineering role where you’ll design and ship AI features that real customers depend on with real data, real privacy constraints, and real scale.
- AI chatbots and assistants powered by LLMs, integrated directly into our SaaS product
- Systems that turn unstructured data (notes, conversations, goals) into structured insights and actions
- Guardrails around AI: privacy, security, hallucination control, data isolation
- Backend services in Node.js / TypeScript, deployed on AWS
- Scalable APIs and workflows that support multi-tenant, white-label customers
You’ll be expected to own problems end-to-end, from architecture and data flow to deployment and monitoring.
- 6+ years building production backend systems
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern API design
- Solid AWS background (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM — you don’t need all, but you’ve shipped on AWS)
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into real products (chatbots, agents, AI workflows — not just demos)
- Good understanding of:
- Data pipelines and transformations
- Algorithms and trade-offs (precision vs speed vs cost)
- Security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR awareness is a big plus)
- You’ve shipped AI features that users rely on
- You care about clean data, clear boundaries, and predictable behavior
- You can explain why an AI system behaves a certain way
- You don’t hide behind abstractions — you debug, measure, and improve
- No academic research
- No “prompt-only” work
- No building throwaway demos
This role is about building durable AI systems inside a serious SaaS platform.
- You’ll influence how AI is designed across the entire product
