We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and provide strategic HR support to management.
- Manage recruitment and workforce planning to ensure the right talent is available at the right time.
- Drive performance appraisal systems and employee learning, development, and succession planning.
- Enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and maintain positive employee relations.
- Support fair, competitive compensation and benefits administration in coordination with finance.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and corporate governance standards.
- Oversee efficient HR operations, records management, and effective use of HR systems.
- Lead and develop the HR team to deliver effective and professional HR services.

- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor law and HR best practices
- Strategic thinking with strong operational execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or related field
- Professional HR qualification (IPM / CIPM / SHRM / CIM / MBA) preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in a Manufacturing Industry and PLC will be an advantage
