Affinity Consulting is looking for a Mid–Senior Python Developer to take ownership of our Scheduling & Optimization Engine—the core intelligence behind real-world industrial systems.
What you’ll work on
• Solving real-world industrial problems
• Tackling NP-hard optimization challenges
• Turning messy, real-life constraints into high-performance algorithms
• Deploying robust solutions on Microsoft Azure
Deep Tech Exposure
• Complex constraint-based & mathematical models
• Performance tuning with imperfect, real-world data

Who we’re looking for
• 3+ years of experience in Python
• Strong interest in algorithms & optimization
• Loves logic-heavy problem solving over routine API work
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and real-world constraints
Preference will be given to graduates from
Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE),
