Role Description

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day operations, including assisting in recruiting processes, developing employee policies, facilitating onboarding activities, and organizing training sessions. The intern will also help with maintaining HR records, researching employee benefits programs, and supporting personnel management efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Biyagama.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Basic skills in Personnel Management and administrative tasks
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team in an on-site environment
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software is a plus
