Engineer - Network & Security
Key Responsibilities:
Staging, configuration, deployment, and migration of Network and Endpoint security solutions
- Hands-on implementation and evaluation of new security products for internal projects and external customers
- Managing renewals of active network/security components and production support applications
- Providing timely L1/L2 support for Network & Endpoint security incidents and tickets (troubleshooting or escalation)
- Contributing to security solution design and architecture during pre-sales engagements
- Maintaining the overall health, availability, and security posture of managed customer environments
- Conducting R&D on emerging threats, product enhancements, and delivering knowledge-sharing sessions to customers and the team
- Supporting additional tasks such as new product testing, QA, hardware evaluation, and documentation as required
Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Network and Endpoint Security
- Mandatory expertise in Cisco Firepower and Palo Alto Networks firewalls (certifications like CCNP Security, PCNSE highly desirable)
- Working knowledge of Fortinet and Check Point firewalls will be a strong advantage
- Solid experience with EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, and other security technologies
- Proven ability to handle customer-facing support tickets and meet stringent SLAs
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team, often under pressure and with extended hours when needed
Screening Questions:
