We’re looking for a motivated Intern – Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. This is a paid, 6-month internship offering hands-on experience in enterprise software environments and exposure to real-world client operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of software systems.
- Support end users by identifying and documenting issues and resolutions.
- Track and update support requests in the issue tracking system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and resolve software-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and prepare related reports.
- Participate in user training sessions and prepare documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of SQL and enterprise applications (ERP/SFA/HRIS/POS) will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
