Key Responsibilities
The HR Executive will play a crucial role in HR operations, including but not limited to:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and orientation programs.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
- Assist in benefits administration, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Address employee concerns and coordinate engagement activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
- Organize and support performance evaluation processes.
- Assist in HR-related reporting and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT/software company.
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
