What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable backend systems using Node.js with NestJS microservices (monolith-to-microservice migration in progress).
- Optimize complex SQL/PostgreSQL queries for blazing-fast performance.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and write clean, testable, and extensible code using SOLID, OOP, and Design Patterns.
- Integrate with AWS services like SQS, and own the data pipeline end-to-end.
- Work closely with product owners, engineering heads, and business stakeholders.
- Leave your mark on systems used by thousands of users — every decision you make counts.
Who We’re Looking For
- Problem Solver First – You break down problems and engineer smart, scalable solutions.
- System Thinker – You understand impact across modules, layers, and timelines.
- Database Warrior – You know how to model data, write optimized queries, and handle terabytes like a pro.
- Strong in Node.js – Especially with NestJS. Experience with gRPC is a big plus.
- Adaptable – Comfortable in systems using PHP or monoliths as needed.
- Clean Coder – You apply SOLID principles, understand OOP deeply, and love design patterns.
- Long-Term Visionary – You don't just fix bugs; you fix root problems and plan for scale.
