Role Description
You'll develop and implement machine learning models for various applications including classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems. Working with senior engineers, you'll preprocess and engineer features from large datasets to improve model performance. You'll train, evaluate, and optimize models using appropriate metrics and techniques, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field
- 0-1 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals including supervised and unsupervised learning
- Experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases
- Understanding of software engineering best practices including version control (Git)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
