The Associate – Projects & Business Analytics will support the Business operations & Effectiveness (BOE) team and business stakeholders in executing projects, governance activities, and business analytics. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and keen to build a career across project delivery, governance, and business analytics in a fast-paced, global environment.



Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

  • Assist Project Managers and business owners in tracking action items, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Support project governance activities, including:
  • Coordinating and conducting regular project and management review meetings.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
  • Taking accurate and structured minutes of meetings (MoM) and tracking action items to closure.
  • Support in conducting Board meetings across the GTN group
  • Maintain and update project trackers, status reports and key management dashboards.
  • Support the management and upkeep of KPI scorecards, including data collection, validation, and reporting.
  • Provide regular project and KPI status updates to management and key stakeholders.
  • Support project communications and documentation across the organization.
  • Follow up with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.
  • Work closely with global and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth progress of ongoing initiatives.



Business Analysis & Analytics

  • Collaborate with teams to collect, validate, and compile data from multiple sources.
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with summarized, decision-ready information.
  • Support data quality checks, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
  • Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Document data sources, assumptions, and analysis methodologies.
  • Support ad-hoc research and analysis to aid project and business decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing data-driven presentations for management and stakeholders.



Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and disciplined approach to work.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exposure to Power BI is preferred.
  • Knowledge of PowerApps or low-code tools will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and follow up diligently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with virtual/global teams.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and governance frameworks.



Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business analysis, reporting, or similar roles.
  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.



Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data-related fields, or equivalent
  • AND / OR
  • CIMA / ACCA (part-qualified)
