Your Role Will Involve:
✔ Providing day-to-day IT support across the Sisili Group (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)
✔ Handling user support requests through the helpdesk system
✔ Maintaining and updating IT asset records using the inventory system
✔ Supporting basic network administration tasks (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, basic troubleshooting)
✔ Assisting with IT-related bill payments and vendor follow-ups
✔ Building strong relationships with end users through timely issue resolution
✔ Working closely with the IT Specialist to support and improve IT operations
🎓 Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
💼 Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
🌐 Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, switches, routers, Wi-Fi)
🐳 Sound knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
🛠 Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems
