About Orkestrate
Orkestrate is building an AI-native marketing platform where a team of autonomous agents collaborates with human marketers like real teammates across data, creative, strategy, and execution. The goal is simple: help lean teams run smarter campaigns across paid + owned channels with less manual work and faster iteration.
We believe marketing is shifting from tools + operators, to Agents + Orchestrators and Orkestrate is being built to lead that shift.
The role
You’ll be a founding full-stack engineer building the product layer and core systems that make agentic marketing usable, fast, and reliable. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll ship end-to-end features, shape architecture, and work directly with the founders to turn agent workflows into a product customers love.
What you’ll work on
- Build core product experiences: dashboards, workflows, approvals, and “agent-to-human” collaboration loops
- Ship full-stack features end-to-end (frontend, backend, integrations, infra)
- Design and implement agent orchestration primitives (tasks, tools, memory, permissions, evaluations)
- Integrate with marketing platforms (email/SMS, ecommerce, ad platforms, analytics)
- Build data pipelines for events, attribution signals, and performance reporting
- Create internal tooling for prompt/versioning, experiments, replay, and QA of agent behavior
- Improve reliability: observability, guardrails, rate limits, retries, fallbacks, and security basics
What we’re looking for
- Strong full-stack fundamentals (you can own features from UI to database to deployment)
- Experience with modern web stacks (React/Next.js or similar; Node/Python/Go; SQL + queues)
- Comfort building AI product systems beyond “call an API” (tool use, evaluations, memory, workflow design)
- Strong product sense: you care about speed, UX, and what actually gets adopted
- Builder mindset: you move fast, write clean code, and don’t need heavy process to ship
- Bonus: experience with agent frameworks, LLM evals, marketing tech integrations, or event-driven systems
